2. Product Accuracy & Authenticity

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our watches as accurately as possible. However:

  • Modifications: If a watch is a "Mod" (modified) version, it is clearly stated in the description. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these modifications may void original manufacturer warranties.

  • Pre-owned Items: Vintage or pre-owned watches are sold in their described condition. We provide detailed photography to ensure transparency regarding wear and tear.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect credit card fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery: All watches are shipped with tracking and, where applicable, signature confirmation.

  • Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We highly recommend selecting insured shipping options for high-value timepieces.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Policy: Returns are accepted within [X] days of delivery, provided the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and protective films intact.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Limited Warranty: We offer a 12 -month mechanical warranty on specific movements. This does not cover water damage, accidental drops, or unauthorized repairs.
