Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Astromodtimepieces. We take pride in the quality of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Condition Requirements
To prevent "wardrobing" (wearing a watch once and returning it), we enforce strict condition checks:

The watch must be in its original packaging.

All protective plastic films and stickers must be intact and unpeeled.

The watch must show no signs of wear, including scratches on the case back, lugs (from strap changes), or the crystal.

All accessories (extra links, tools, certificates, or travel pouches) must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

Custom Commissioned Builds: Watches built specifically to your unique specifications.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

Gift Cards.
4. Modified (Mod) Watches Disclaimer
As our "Mod" watches (such as our metal case conversions) are custom-assembled boutique pieces, we do not accept returns based on "change of mind" regarding the aesthetic nature of the modification, provided the watch matches the listing description and photos.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a %10 restocking fee for high-value timepieces to cover inspection and re-listing costs.
6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

High-Value Returns: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a watch that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us at astromodtimepieces@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the watch. We will prioritize a repair, exchange, or full refund in these cases.
